The past 6 June 2013, on the occasion of World Environment Day, the Duchess's Port received a group of 26 Schoolchildren of the Las Viñas de Manilva Institute. They attended a presentation on the approach to Nautical, knowledge of the Marinas, waste that is generated, your treatment, your storage, Labelling, risks and consequences, containment measures, safety and emergencies. Subsequently, the children took a fun kayak ride around the marina, carried out with the collaboration of the adventure tourism company Duquesa Activities.
