The facilities of the Marina of Estepona have become the base of operations for the filming of the national film for A3 Media “Agent Makey. Operation Red Heat”,  directed by Alfonso Sanchez,  actor, Director and screenwriter of Spanish cinema and also known for forming the humorous duo “The Compadres” with Alberto López. The protagonists are the actor and comedian Leo Harlem, Jordi Sanchez,  known for his performance in the television series “The one that is coming” and the popular Spanish actress and comedian, Silvia April.

It is a family film in a comedy tone in which Makey (Leo Harlem) is a small-time local policeman who lives obsessed with the action movies of the years 80. Makey is transferred from a neighborhood in the south of Madrid to a police station in Estepona. There, reunion and reconciliation with his daughter, the one he hasn't seen for years, will be tarnished when Makey casually detains one of Interpol's most wanted men.

The recordings will be carried out for three days in different parts of the port area, as well as in different locations of the Estepona municipality. For the filming, a team formed by more than 60 People.

The film will be shot in other places such as Marbella, Madrid or Tenerife.
