The concessionaire of the marina of Estepona, Mediterranean Marinas, celebrated the official act of hoisting the blue flag granted for the season 2017. The blue flag is a quality badge that rewards compliance with hygienic standards, health care, security, Accessibility, Information, salvage and lifeguard, initiative promoted by the Consumer and Environmental Education Association (ADEAC) and the World Trade Organization.

The event was attended by the director of the Marina of Estepona, Manuel Raigón, who was accompanied by the mayor of Estepona, José María García Urbano, and the councilman attached to the Beaches area, Susana Aragon, in addition to several workers from the Mediterranean Marinas concessionaire. The council of Estepona has congratulated the leaders of the Mediterranean Navy, concessionaire responsible for the port precinct, work they do throughout the year to keep their facilities in optimal condition.
