The European mobility week in the Marina of Estepona

Participants have travelled 5 kilometres between Estepona Marina and El Padrón area

The European Movidad Week that is celebrated in Estepona today Has 19 September with the participation of the marina of Estepona. The Mediterranean Marine Group, concessionaire of the Marina of Estepona has sponsored the activity called 'Mobility and Gender’ which has consisted of a Pedestrian Route-Coastal Path. Participants have embarked on a 5 miles to reach the Padrón area (Laguna Village Shopping Center). The activity also included an outdoor breakfast and bus return about twelve-thirty at noon.

European Mobility Week (Sem) continues this Friday 22 September will be the day of “The city without my car”. As the final snap of the week, during Friday morning, various Environmental Education workshops will be held with the students of the municipality, in the surroundings of Calle Terraza that will be cut to traffic next to the Orchid, returning pedestrians to use, and making this space a big environmental scenario.

Again and to close scheduled activities, among the 9:00 and 15:00, in collaboration with the company Agrojardín, a pedestrian space will be created in a loading and unloading area at the beginning of Calle Terraza, where a representation of the gain to the citizen will be made to the reuse of public space occupied by vehicles by replacing them with habitable areas.
