The job well done pays off: specifically an assessment of outstanding. This is apparent from the satisfaction survey carried out by the Marinas del Mediterráneo Group to the users and customers of the Port of La Duquesa, whose purpose is to know their opinion on key aspects such as staff or facilities.

And the results can't be more positive. The note obtained from the overall valuation of the service is 9 on a scale of zero to ten. Like this, based on data from the survey, the aspects best rated by users have been the speed in the provision of the services, the specialty that the staff who serve them counts, the treatment received by these and the state, cleaning and maintenance of facilities. In this sense, the most frequent comments that have been recorded by customers are precisely "the great welcome they receive when they arrive", as well as "the staff is very friendly and helpful and are always looking out to help you when you dock".

They have also rated with an outstanding score everything related to the services offered by the marina, like the Wifi or laundry, as well as cleaning toilets and showers.

As for the port precinct in general, users and visitors have highlighted that it is a very welcoming port, charming, a lot of style and with a good location, between Marbella and Sotogrande. A pleasant place to stroll and have lunch or dinner given the wide range of restaurants and bars. Next to that, the proximity to the beach and the tranquility offered by the port have also received very good note.

Manuel Raigón, managing director of the Port of La Duquesa, considers that such surveys are much needed as they "allow us to know first-hand what our customers think of our services and facilities, in addition to continually training and working to improve every day".
