The Underwater Association of Casares organizes the VII International Cleaning of the Seabed

The Underwater Association of Casares organizes the VII International Cleaning of Seabed and Beaches, of the Marine Volunteer Network, which will take place next Saturday 25 September. This network of solidarity divers have been fighting against marine litter since the year 2013.

The cleaning will take place by volunteer divers on the seabed near the port of La Duquesa and on land with all those volunteers who wish to participate. Subsequently, the waste collected will be classified and deposited in their respective containers..

The Marinas del Mediterráneo Group collaborates with this activity by providing a support boat for divers and offering drinks and a snack to participants.

This activity is part of the Marine Volunteer Network and the LIBERA Program. In addition, for the second year in a row, Pescanova collaborates by swapping the kilos of waste removed for kilos of food that it will donate to the Spanish Federation of Food Banks.
