Mediterranean Marinas runs close to 100 improvement and tuning performances in Marina del Este

MARINAS DEL MEDITERRÁNEO , entity that integrates the concessionaire of the marina Marina del Este (Almuñecar), has implemented nearly a hundred actions to improve and improve the facilities and services of the port area with an investment of 20.000 Euros. In addition, is working on a dozen ongoing and ongoing dossiers, all this as part of the work included in the Maintenance Plan of the Operations Department of the Mediterranean Marine Group. The future investment envisaged for these actions is around the 25.000 Euros.

Among the most significant performances, work has been carried out for customers' new laundry, the improvement works of the terraces of two commercial premises, repairing the access stairs to the boats or painting the Marina Seca building.

Also, preventive maintenance work has carried out treatments for red-headed stinger in palm trees, the annual review of the mooring elements, checking gasoline pumps, or the maintenance of the Varadero's underpinning elements, as well as the state of the tools.

Other actions taken are those related to the repair of various breakdowns, some terminals and mooring ends, cleaning the port waters, painting and beautifying different areas of the port enclosure, cleaning the dry marina and some gardens, repairs to luminaires, among others.

In addition, the Operations department of the Mediterranean Marine Group is also working on a series of actions that will be progressively launched in future dates such as, For example, renovation of suppliers with payment by card and self-service, installation of solar thermal energy for hot water or reform of customers' toilets.
