Marinas of the Mediterranean Group receives the different SICTED for Puerto de La Duquesa and the Puerto Deportivo de Estepona

The Mediterranean marine group, in the hands of its director of operations, Alejandro Suanes, He has received the distinctive SICTED tourist quality of the Costa del Sol Occidental for two of its marinas, The Duchess and Estepona's.

The ceremony took place today at the Andalusia Lab facility, Marbella and has been run by the president of Municipalities of the West Costa del Sol, Margarita del Cid;  the vice president of the same entity, Angel Nozal and the CEO of Quality, Innovation and Tourism Development of the Junta de Andalucía.

but, what is SICTED? It is the Spanish Comprehensive Tourism Quality System in Destinations,  a different quality system that has a double aspect: tourist destination and tourist businesses/services.

SICTED is a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Secretary of State for Tourism with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) whose ultimate goal is focused on improving the experience and satisfaction of tourists.

This badge accredits and recognizes the effort made by the Marines Group of the Mediterranean and its commitment to Tourism Quality. In this sense, Alejandro Suanes wanted to thank all the staff of both ports for the daily involvement in their work: “you are the ones who give the quality to our company”, Suanes has highlighted.
